Publish/Update Date

OnCue says your deposition video is not found but you know you put them in the _synchedvideos folder? Does your video file extension not match what your transcript (.mdb or OnCue .xml) is looking for? That’s an easy fix.

How to Remap Media Files

Right-click on your transcript and select Remap Media Files

This opens the dialog box to remap your files.

Select the file you need to change.

Be sure that you put the files in the _synchedvideos folder for ease of access.

Click on the file you want and hit open.

Don't forget to select Save Changes.

Refresh your database by pressing F9 and you're done.
