Have you ever saved a ton of complex annotations only to receive a redacted version of the same document, but you need to keep both, “just in case?"


You can copy annotations from one page to another or even one document to another. See below for an example.




 




How to Copy Saved Annotations


You have two nearly-identical documents, one is redacted one isn’t. We added one of the documents to a notebook so we can see them side-by-side.


Go to the page (if you want all annotations) or just a specific annotation on the tree, right-click, and select Copy Annotation Info.


Select the target page you want the annotations on, right-click, and choose Paste Annotation info.


Enjoy not having to re-do your annotations.
