Step-by-step Instructions

OnCue allows you to apply exhibit stickers or stamps directly to your documents. You can fully customize the style, size, and text of each sticker before placing it on the first page.

  1. Right-click the document (or multiple documents) in the list. Note: Right-click the document itself — not the first page thumbnail.

  2. Select Add/Edit Exhibit Stickers.

  3. There are many, many options available. You can even choose your own color.

  4. Choose a format from the dropdown menu or select Custom.

  5. You can choose your own color.

  6. You can choose how large your sticker is, border thickness, and corner roundness.

  7. There are three available text lines by default, but you can press Return within a line to add additional text. The preview will show you what your sticker will look like.

  8. You can bold, underline, italicize, change font type and size. You can even add a prefix. Exhibit Number = Media ID

  9. To rearrange or modify lines, click the line you want to edit until it becomes highlighted in purple.  Use the Move Up, Move Down, Add, or Remove options to adjust your layout.

  10. When the sticker looks the way you want it, drag and drop it onto the document page.

  11. If you need to reposition it, simply drag it to a new location.  To resize, drag the corners of the sticker box. If you are doing multiple stickers, if you drag corners, it will resize ALL the stickers, unless you uncheck Apply to All Documents.

  12. Like it? Save your changes. This will sticker/stamp your PDF in the _documents folder.

Need to Change or Delete Exhibit Stickers?

Choose Delete Exhibit Stickers.

A warning will appear before deletion. Make sure you don't have it open anywhere (including Preview in Windows Explorer).

Helpful Exhibit Stickering Tips

  2. You can remove existing annotations when supported.

  3. When stickering multiple documents, you can click through and move the sticker around on each first page.

  4. You can only sticker/stamp the first page of a document.
