Video Tutorial

First, select the desired media in the Media Bar or Notebook

Then right-click and select Print... or use the hotkey Ctrl + P

Here are the Layout Options:

New job per document – separate PDF for selected documents

Auto-rotate pages – landscape docs will print landscape

Print first page only – as described

Print slip sheets – as described

Include subnotebooks – active when printing notebooks

Include annotations for selected pages – include any saved annotations/treatments for all selected

Only print annotations – will only print saved annotations/treatments for all selected

Here are the Label Options:

Double click a row to change or add or choose from the Add... dropdown.

The preview window will show you how it will look before printing.

Can I export documents with the IDs or names in OnCue?

OnCue doesn't use export for adding information but there are many options for printing documents which allows you to print them for a variety of purposes.
