Redactions and Stamps – Replacing Pages

There is a super-secret “oh no, they forgot to redact that” in court tool. The shortcut is R. It is white. You can save as an annotation, but it will not change the page itself.
AGAIN - THIS IS CONSIDERED AN ANNOTATION AND DOES NOT CHANGE THE UNDERLYING DOCUMENT. IF YOU PULL UP THE PAGE IT WILL BE UNREDACTED.
Currently, OnCue has no way to permanently redact your underlying documents or to apply an exhibit sticker/stamp within the program.
The good news is that if you redact pages or stamp the first page of the document in your _documents folder, OnCue will recognize that and you don't have to do anything else. You do not have to re-add the document or delete anything. You won't even get a message.
Note: Be sure that the document is not selected in OnCue or showing in the viewer, this will not allow the file to be saved outside of the program because the operating system will see that it is already in use.
