You can manage other licenses in your firm.
You will need Your Customer ID and Password. This is different than License ID and Activation Password.
Clicking on the Licenses & Activations button will take you to the licenses for your firm.
You can then click on any license to activate or deactivate it, or just see if there are any left.
If you are a user trying to deactivate one license, same rules apply. Just click on Manage License button at the bottom of the activation screen and you can deactivate them by clicking Manage Installations.
Hit the X to deactivate.
Deactivating a license does NOT cancel it.
You can access your license portal at this link or in OnCue by going to Help > Manage Licenses... to view and manage your subscription.
To make things as easy as possible, the link inside of OnCue automatically signs you in.
During activation, is OnCue telling you No more activations available? Click Manage License on the Activation Screen and follow the instructions below.
Note: Deactivating your license does not cancel your subscription. To cancel, check your renewal or original purchase email for a link to cancel. If you can't find it email support.
